As the evening settles, I look back on this Monday and thank You for the tasks I was able to complete today, for the strength You provided to see them through. Now, I bring to You all that weighs on my heart—the lingering pressure of unfinished work, the quiet anxiety about the week ahead, and the weariness that clings to my spirit. I release it all into Your care. Forgive me for any moments of frustration or impatience, and heal any disappointments I may carry. Wash over me with Your peace. Grant me true rest tonight, a deep and restoring peace for both my body and my soul. I hold onto Your promise from the Psalms: “Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you.” I choose to cast mine upon You now. In Jesus Name Amen.
