Let your entire body be supported… heavy… and at peace…

In this stillness… simply rest…  
No need to grasp or hold onto anything… not even this peace…  
It holds you.  
The quiet of the evening holds you.  
The rest of this holy day settles into your spirit…

Whenever you are ready…  
Gently deepen your breath once more…  
Begin to notice the sounds around you…  
And when it feels right, slowly open your eyes…  
Carrying this calm with you into the night.
