On this Good Friday morning, I stand in silent awe before the Cross, the instrument of my salvation. I adore You, Lord Jesus, for the boundless love poured out there. My heart is heavy with sorrow for my sins, the very reason Your perfect sacrifice was necessary. Forgive me. Grant me the grace, I pray, to unite my own small sufferings with Your holy Passion, finding meaning in them through Your love. I lift to Your Cross the needs of our broken world, for which You died. Heal its divisions, comfort its sorrows. "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?" Yet, You are holy, enthroned on the praises of Your people. In this darkness, I cling to the hope of Your promise. In Jesus Name Amen.
